The current UK gender pay gap is 17.3% (2020). This means women earn just 82.7p for every £1 pocketed by male colleagues. In collaboration with Pavilion bakery, and to stand in support of equal pay through the celebration of bread, our sourdough loaves are baked and sold 17.3% smaller and cheaper.
